We quote based on character count and on a per page basis. The rates vary based on whether the job is to be executed in your country or through our offshore production facilities.

Typically, We would require the following information in order to be able to give an accurate bid:

For all jobs:

• Output file format
• Turnaround Time
• Estimated Volume
• Bid on character count of per page. If the page please indicate approximate character count pr page.

• Fully searchable text, image + text or image only format
• Retention of original fonts and font attributes
• Tables need to be re-created or retained as images
• Establishing links, bookmarks etc. 

For ASCII output formats:

• OCR of Keyboarding
• File naming convention, if any
• Tagging requirements
• Treatment of tables, footnotes, mathematical data and equations

For word processor formatted documents: 

• Page setup information
• Tagging or linking requirements
• Tables and equations
• File naming convention, if any Handling of images

For Database Formats:

• Card Layout
• Approximate number of records per page
