- The documents can be sent to us as scanned images through FTP or as email attachments Paper documents, may be sent us through USPS, FEDEX etc.
- The documents are prepared and then released for Keyboarding.
- Keyboarding is done by various Operators.
- Version comparison using our customised electronic compare software. Dependant on specifications, this may be done once or thrice.
- Spell check using subject oriented custom Dictionary.
- Converting the final text to the desired format.
